Triple chocolate (fudge)

Chocolate three ways — sponge, fudge filling and ganache — stacked into the richest slice on the menu. If the brief is "maximum chocolate", this is the answer. Best in smaller slices, with coffee, for people who skip the cake and go straight for dessert.
